Beta tester agreement

Additional terms for using OVED before public release.

Draft for founder/legal review before external use. Version 2026-08-13-draft.

This draft beta agreement applies in addition to the OVED Terms of service, Privacy policy, and Health disclaimer. It is intended for a small, supervised external beta.

Pre-release software

OVED is beta software. It may contain bugs, be unavailable, change features, change prescriptions, or stop offering access while the product is tested and improved.

Permitted beta use

Use OVED only for your own beta testing and training support. Do not share your credentials, attack or abuse the service, scrape private data, reverse engineer the product, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Confidential product information

Please do not publicly share unreleased product information, screenshots, roadmap details, or private beta features without permission. This should not stop you from asking support questions or giving feedback directly to OVED.

Training responsibility

OVED provides training guidance and recommendations. You remain responsible for deciding whether to exercise, what load to use, how to set up equipment, and whether any recommendation is safe for you on the day.

Feedback and product ownership

OVED may use beta feedback to improve and develop the product. OVED keeps ownership of its software, product ideas, branding, existing technology, and improvements; feedback does not create an ownership, royalty, or payment claim.

Product analytics and session replay

As a beta tester, your use of OVED may be measured with product analytics and, where enabled, masked session replay to help diagnose onboarding, logging, and coaching-flow issues. See the Privacy policy's "Product analytics and session replay" section for what this does and does not include.

Access and participation

Beta access may be withdrawn or paused. You may stop participating at any time. Privacy and data processing are governed by the Privacy policy, including beta support handling.

Governing law

This draft follows the existing OVED terms structure and is intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to final founder/legal review.
